FREE RETURNS

If our product does not suit you, you have the right to return it without giving a reason, within 60 days of receiving the package.  To return medical clothing:

• Prepare scrubs with Return form and a note indicating which products you are returning and why.
• By using the website https://szybkiezwroty.pl/pl/Medka you will send the product back completely free of charge.

• Fill in the blank fields on the return page, the standard size of the parcel to be returned is A, after completing the data you will receive a return code to the provided e-mail address and in an SMS message, which should be placed on the return parcel and entered in the parcel locker machine at the time of sending.

  You can also use another form of return at your own expense and return the products to the following address:

We do not accept return parcels sent to parcel lockers or cash on delivery.

Remember that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to place the order. However, we will refrain from refunding payments received from you until we receive the unused and undamaged goods back.
